Adversity
In
your lifetime the adversities you will face will be rejection, poverty, losing a loved one, illnesses, pain and struggles to
succeed. How can I
overcome adversity? Face adversity head on and do not be afraid to take the
initiative, challenge yourself and do not worry about failure. Stop making
excuses. Making
excuses will waste your time. Write. If you are a good writer or just have time to yourself,
think about something and write it down. Change your state of mind. We all have bad days and have been
through situations where we stress most of the time, calm down and think more
rationally. Stay
disciplined. Do not
let anyone get out of your comfort zone, remain calm and relaxed, take a
breather. Use your sense of humor. If laughing or making jokes helps you get ready, then use
it to get comfortable. Have faith in yourself and what you believe, do not lose
hope and always be ready for what’s to come. Let each success energize you.
If you are on a roll and
feel something good going, then keep going, do not let it stop you. Don't take
no for an answer. If
you are not comfortable with an answer, then make a change. Surround yourself
with people who have a positive mindset. Do not hang around the wrong crowd, surround yourself with
people who are respectful to themselves and others, stay motivated and ready
for a challenge. Spend some time in nature. Nature is very important, stay in tune with nature
and you will be rewarded with guidance. Looking back and reflecting. You’ve come so far in life to just
quit on yourself and your dreams.
The Gift of goals
You are a gifted human being, just because you were in a bad situation or haven’t accomplished the goals you wanted to achieve doesn’t mean you are less successful than others. You are blessed with faith and guidance, use it, and achieve success. Be mindful you are not in the same situations as others. You can help people to a certain extent and do not be afraid to lend a hand. Negative emotions limit growth. Do not worry about the hard times. Negative emotions do not define you. You do not have to do anything alone and don't hesitate to reach out and seek help you need. Create your own support system. Talk to loved ones, friends, and family. You will overcome adversity.

Art and Adversity
In
my personal experience my inspiration to fight against adversity will be music
and learning more about life in general. The older you become you start to see
changes in the world and how people react in different ways. You will meet
different people in your life, and it will change your life for the better or
for the worse. This is part of our lives and the evolution of change. You can
either change for the better or for the worse. Do not limit yourself and try to
find more ways to face adversity. You are not limited to learning new things
about yourself and other people.
