Chapter 7 A/Effect
The Art
of Activism, Your All-Purpose Guide to Making the Impossible Possible by
Steve Duncombe and Steve Lambert
“Just
Because Something Works doesn’t mean it can’t be improved.” – Shuri, Wakanda Chief
Engineer
We all
are learning our craft and learning how to protect it at all costs. At times we
are very vulnerable, but it doesn’t mean that you should not be open to new
opportunities.
“You
cannot change any society unless you take responsibility for it; unless you see
yourself as belonging to it and responsible for changing it.” – Grace Lee Bogs
Be the change you want to see in the world even if we all have a different view
on things. It’s what makes the world go around and keeps the people going.
The
World is exposed to an unnatural phenomenon. We as people are gifted and
contributing to the world of emotional history. It raises awareness as we talk
with each other and helps us to understand what is occurring in other places. The
life we are given and the time we spend is an expression of hope mostly and we all
can have good intentions and interventions. People who fail and have a hard
time dealing must try harder next time and not be afraid to take chances. Regarding
Art Activism we are not alone when it comes to creativity and should continue
to change the world even if it feels like it is impossible to make a change. We
need to practice more on accomplishments and doing the impossible while achieving
these goals and should change our bad habits. The older we become we have done
most of the things we said we would never do and started to project our efforts
onto other people. This is the journey we have chosen and will continue a path
for not only ourselves but others on the way to success. We all must find an
objective, accomplish the goal, then achieve it.
